Thermostatic devices / Dry incubators

Thermostatic devices or also called Dry incubators are systems for detection of inhibitors and antibiotics in animal milk (blockheater). All dry incubators are suitable for installation in milk collecting centers, dairies or milk transportation vehicles. Using antibiotic tests with dry incubators helps to establish if the milk is free from antibiotics. This way you can avoid milk rejection upon arrival at the milk plant, or problems in the production of fermented dairy products. And you will comply with residue limits in milk established by the European Union, USA and regulatory authorities around the world.

There are several models of thermostatic devices, and each is compatible with different types of antibiotic tests.

• Dry incubator Milkotester CH-W12 is compatible with antibiotic tests Charm.
• Milkotester DC-W14 thermostatic device is compatible with antibiotic tests Delvotest®, Copan® or similar.
• BS-W8 Milkotester is compatible with antibiotic tests Beta Star®, Beta Star combo®
• Milkotester Rosa W2 thermostatic device is compatible with antibiotic test Charm Rosa^® or similar tests
• ET-W24 Milkotester (dry incubator) is compatible with antibiotic test Twinsensor®, 4sensor®, Eclipse 3G®, Eclipse 50®, Eclipse 100®

All dry incubators have a temperature range of operation from 30°C to 80°C. The thermostatic devices have two factory-set working modes for temperature and time for incubation, adapted to the requirements of each antibiotics test used. The user of the dry incubator can make adjustments to both temperature and timers.

Each dry incubator has a LCD display showing temperature and time for incubation. In addition to the power on/off button there are three durable moisture-resistant buttons that allow users to change settings of the device. The user can choose and alter time and temperature of the device operation, depending on his needs.
